Ordering
How far ahead do I need to order?
Everything is baked to order, so we need some notice:
- Cookies: at least 6–12 hours.
- Cakes, cupcakes and brownies: at least 12–24 hours.
- Burnt Basque Cheesecake: at least 24 hours.
- Custom cakes for weddings, Eid and events: get in touch first so we can confirm we’re available.
Can I choose my delivery date and time?
Yes. At checkout you pick a date (up to 60 days ahead) and a time slot: 10 AM–1 PM, 1–4 PM, 4–7 PM or 7–10 PM. Checkout only shows times that give us enough notice for your order.
Can I mix flavours in a box?
Yes. Cookies and brownies share a box, and cupcakes have their own. Boxes come in 4, 6 or 9, and you fill them however you like. Start one with Build a Box.
What cake sizes do you make?
Our classic cakes start at 1 lb (serves 4–6), from ৳1,300, and go up to 8 lb. Premium cakes like Matilda and Tiramisu start at 2 lb (serves 8–10), from ৳3,200. Pick the size on each cake’s page.
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes, for birthdays, weddings, Eid and corporate events. Send us your idea through Custom Bakes and we’ll come back with options and a quote.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Use the bulk order form on our Contact page with your date, quantity and what you’d like, and we’ll get back to you.
Delivery and payment
Where do you deliver?
We deliver inside Dhaka City. Pickup from our studio in Mohammadpur is available on request: please call us on +880 1703-236738 to arrange it.
How much is delivery?
- Cakes: ৳250 per cake.
- Custom boxes: ৳200 for the first box, plus ৳50 for each extra box.
- Cakes and boxes together: ৳250 per cake, plus ৳50 per box.
- Orders of ৳6,000 or more: free delivery.
How can I pay?
Pay in full online with Bangla QR or bKash, or pay 50% now and the other 50% in cash when your order arrives.
After you order
Can I change or cancel my order?
To change the date, time or address, contact us at least 12 hours before your slot. You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your slot; after that we’ve usually started baking. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Please check your order while the delivery person is still with you. If it’s damaged or not what you ordered, show them and contact us the same day with a photo, and we’ll remake it or refund the affected item.
How should I store my desserts?
- Cakes: keep chilled and enjoy within 48–72 hours.
- Cupcakes: keep chilled and enjoy within 24–48 hours.
- Cookies: warm for 15–20 seconds in a microwave or oven, and enjoy within 12–24 hours.
Do your desserts contain allergens?
Our kitchen uses nuts (including pistachio, peanut and hazelnut), dairy, eggs and wheat, so we can’t guarantee any product is free from them. If you have an allergy, please ask us before ordering.
