About us

Sugar Shots is a cloud bakery in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh (trade licence TRAD/DSCC/038997/2021). These terms apply to orders placed on sugarshots.com.bd.

Orders

Everything is baked for your order, so it needs notice: at least 6–12 hours for cookies, 12–24 hours for cakes, cupcakes and brownies, and 24 hours for the Burnt Basque Cheesecake. Custom bakes depend on availability and are confirmed with a quote.

We’ll call or message you to confirm your order after checkout.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Delivery is charged as shown at checkout. You can pay in full online, or pay 50% in advance and the rest in cash on delivery.

Delivery

We deliver inside Dhaka City in the date and time slot you choose at checkout. Charges and free-delivery rules are on our Delivery and Ordering page.

Our desserts

Our desserts are handmade, so each one can look a little different from the photos. For custom designs, we follow the brief we agree with you as closely as we can.

Allergens

Our kitchen uses nuts (including pistachio, peanut and hazelnut), dairy, eggs and wheat, so we can’t guarantee any product is free from them. If you have an allergy, please ask us before ordering.
