Why we can’t take returns

Our desserts are perishable and made to order for you, so we can’t take back food once it has been delivered.

Check your order on delivery

Please check your order while the delivery person is still with you. Once they’ve left, we can’t accept returns, refunds or claims about the condition of the order.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, show the delivery person and contact us the same day with a photo. We’ll remake it or refund you for the affected item.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your delivery slot. After that we’ve usually started baking, so the order can’t be cancelled and any advance payment isn’t refunded.

Custom bakes follow the terms in your quote.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the bKash number or account you paid from, within 3–5 working days.
