Delivery and Ordering
Where we deliver
We deliver inside Dhaka City.
Pickup from our studio in Mohammadpur is available on request: please call us on +880 1703-236738 to arrange it.
How far ahead to order
Everything is baked to order, so we need some notice:
- Cookies: at least 6–12 hours.
- Cakes, cupcakes and brownies: at least 12–24 hours.
- Burnt Basque Cheesecake: at least 24 hours.
- Custom cakes for weddings, Eid and events: please get in touch first so we can confirm we’re available.
Choosing a delivery date and time
At checkout you choose a delivery date and a time slot: 10 AM–1 PM, 1–4 PM, 4–7 PM or 7–10 PM. You can book up to 60 days ahead, and checkout only shows times that give us enough notice for your order.
We aim to arrive within your slot. Dhaka traffic can sometimes hold us up; if we’re running late, we’ll call you.
After you order
We’ll call or message you on the phone number you gave us to confirm your order.
Need to change the date, time or address? Contact us at least 12 hours before your slot and we’ll do our best.
Delivery charges
- Cakes: ৳250 per cake.
- Custom boxes (cookies, brownies, cupcakes): ৳200 for the first box, plus ৳50 for each extra box.
- Cakes and boxes together: ৳250 per cake, plus ৳50 per box.
- Orders of ৳6,000 or more: free delivery.
Paying
You can pay in full online with Bangla QR or bKash, or pay 50% now and the other 50% in cash when your order arrives.
When your order arrives
Please check your order when it’s delivered, while the delivery person is still with you. Once they’ve left, we can’t accept returns, refunds or claims about the condition of the order. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Storing your desserts
- Cakes: keep chilled and enjoy within 48–72 hours.
- Cupcakes: keep chilled and enjoy within 24–48 hours.
- Cookies: warm for 15–20 seconds in a microwave or oven, and enjoy within 12–24 hours.
