Meet the Founders!

Naba is the Co-Founder and one of the Head Bakers behind Sugar Shots. What started as a love for baking grew into a 9+ year journey of building Sugar Shots from the ground up. From recipe testing and product development to social media, customer relationships, events, suppliers, and the occasional kitchen chaos, Naba has had a hand in almost every part of the business. A Business graduate with a background in HR and marketing, she brings a slightly unexpected mix of creativity, people skills, and business brain to the kitchen. She’s happiest when she’s creating something new, obsessing over the tiniest details, or watching someone take their first bite of a Sugar Shots dessert.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Arnaz has been part of Sugar Shots since it began in 2017. With a background in Finance and a deep-rooted passion for baking, she develops and refines recipes, tests new products and keeps perfecting techniques so every Sugar Shots creation meets the brand’s standards of quality and taste. She oversees daily operations, finances, supplier relationships, production and client communication, and has handled everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale corporate orders. Beyond the numbers, Arnaz believes the heart of Sugar Shots lies in its people, its handcrafted products and the relationships built along the way, and that everything should be made with genuine care.
